Recap from the last season, Dean removed the mark and unleashed THE DARKNESS. Even the name and the sound of it brought so much ironic. The mud-stucked-Impala made them caught in the mist of the Darkness. Expected right. In the mist, Dean meet up the Darkness. Well, it's a SHE. Beautiful one. She told her that they are bond together. While, Castiel on rampage upon the cursed that inflicted by Rowena. The-Rabid-Thingy-Cursed. Meanwhile, Crowley the King of Hell, surely and supposely killed by Castiel. But. Of course, He won't die. Main character. Duh. Sam and Dean is on the move when they caught in the middle of the road by the sighting of dead bodies. They meet up with injured deputy sheriff, sent her to the hospital. Only to find that things in the hospital not exactly what they have in mind. While Dean stitched up deputy, Sam found a father and beautiful baby girl. Later named AMARA by dying-last-breathed-infected dad. Jenna(deputy) and Dean drove to Jenna's grandmother with Amara while Sam stayed back to face (should I said rabid like peoples), where Sam got infected when the infected blood sprayed on his face. I hate it, when they always hide things from each other. Of course, Dean didn't know about that.
